One Parent's Experience with Art in the Classroom

"Art in the Classroom" is a great PTA-sponsored program that allows parents to come into their child's classroom and lead a discussion on a particular artist and his or her work. To the right is a photograph of our art teacher, Diane Lynch and Frank Lodato. Frank is dressed as a character from one of Diego Velazquez's paintings. Velazquez is just one of several artists that the children are studying in Mrs. Ginsberg's class this year. Frank really enjoys taking the children on journeys through time and highly recommends the program to any parent who wants to come and share a fantastic learning experience with his or her child!
